Aircraft suitability depends on comfort, passengers, baggage, range and airport requirements. These four questions help guide the discussion with the operating carrier.

1. How many people?

Count every passenger, including children. Fewer seats used in a larger cabin means more room to move and work.

2. How far, and nonstop?

Range drops with more passengers, luggage, headwinds and winter weather. Ask whether your route works nonstop in real conditions, not just on paper.

3. How much luggage?

Golf bags, skis and large cases fill a baggage hold quickly. Tell us early so the aircraft fits it.

4. Which airports?

Short runways, high-altitude airports and some private terminals limit which jets can operate. Ask the operating carrier to confirm suitability for your itinerary.

General planning guidance, not a quote or program agreement. Excelsior Jets sources aircraft from operators; the selected carrier confirms aircraft suitability and operational details. Written booking or ownership terms govern your arrangement.
