Privacy
Privacy notice.
Draft. This notice describes how this website handles information today. It has not been legally reviewed, and the items listed at the bottom still need confirmation before launch.
Who this notice covers
This notice is provided by Jet Access and covers enquiries collected through the website excelsiorjets.com. Requests made through this website are handled by Angelo Caracausi through Jet Access.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, optional phone number, and your trip information — departure and destination, dates, preferred times, passenger count, the service you are asking about, any aircraft preference, and anything you add in the trip-details box. Multi-flight itineraries are stored as the ordered list of flights you entered.
If you arrived from an advertisement or a tracked link, the enquiry also includes the page you were on and the campaign labels carried in that link (such as the source, campaign name, or a Google click identifier). These labels are held in your browser’s session storage and sent only when you submit an enquiry.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry and to coordinate the service you asked about — for example, checking aircraft options and availability for your itinerary. Replies about the service you requested are part of handling your enquiry; they are not promotional emails.
Optional promotional email permission
Submitting a request does not subscribe you to promotions. Each enquiry form includes a separate, optional checkbox, unticked by default, that you can tick if you would like occasional charter updates and offers. Your enquiry is handled the same way whether or not you tick it.
We record your choice with the enquiry. If you tick the box, we also record the time you gave permission, as set by our server, and the exact wording and version of the statement you agreed to.
Promotional email sending is not currently active, and no unsubscribe system is in operation yet. No promotional emails will be sent until sending and unsubscribe handling are in place.
How long we keep enquiries
Enquiries are kept indefinitely as potential leads for future follow-up. There is no fixed deletion schedule and enquiries are not deleted automatically. You can ask for your information to be corrected or deleted at any time, and each request is reviewed.
Storage and email processing
Enquiries are stored in the website’s cloud database, provided through the platform used to build and host this website. Access is limited: the website can save new enquiries but cannot read them back through the public site.
An email notification system has been built so that new enquiries can be forwarded to Angelo Caracausi, but it is not yet switched on. Until it is activated, enquiries are reviewed directly in the database rather than forwarded by email.
Sharing to arrange your trip
Your enquiry is handled through Jet Access. To arrange a trip you ask about, relevant details may be shared with aircraft operators considered for that trip; not every operator receives all of your information. We do not sell your information.
Analytics and advertising tracking
This website does not currently run analytics or advertising tracking tools, and it sets no tracking cookies. Campaign labels are only recorded when they are already present in the link you clicked and you choose to submit an enquiry.
Correction and deletion requests
To ask about the information you have sent, or to request that it be corrected or deleted, email Angelo Caracausi at acaracausi@flyja.com. Requests are handled through Jet Access.
