One contact, trip after trip.
Flying often shouldn't mean starting over on every booking. With Excelsior Jets, Angelo Caracausi is your single point of contact — he takes your request, arranges the trip through Jet Access, and is the same person on your next one.
One person who knows how you travel picks up the phone. He learns your usual airports, your party size and the way you like to fly, so each new request is a short conversation rather than a fresh brief.
Tell us how you travel.
- The routes you fly most — to work, to a family base, to the same meeting every quarter.
- Who usually travels with you, and anything they need on board.
- How often you need an aircraft, and how much notice you like to give.
For on-demand charter, we coordinate aircraft options through Jet Access for each trip. Booking commitments, payment, and cancellation conditions are set out in the applicable written agreement.
The Reserve Card, if you want it.
Jet Access also publishes the Reserve Card, a jet card program it presents as a way to bring predictability to frequent travel. It is an option to discuss, not something to sign up for here. We'll confirm the current written program terms with Jet Access before you rely on any of it.
